Laboratorio di Mare in Alassio is a great spot with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The poke gamberi was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The whole place has a warm vibe that makes you feel at ease. The staff are super friendly and always in a cheerful mood, adding to the experience.💛

We had aperitivo and was very good with a good choices and a nice and fresh sushi . Good price,good location and great service! Very recommend to have a different type of Italian aperitivo.

Cute restaurant and very attentive service. Fairly priced (for the location), fresh fish served in a variety of ways — from classic local primi piatti to more exotic sushi rolls and poke bowls. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend Esca and would certainly go back.

We ate here 3 days in a row. Their pasta and sea food is so good and cocktails are so refreshing. Staff is very friendly and the interiors are very cute too. We’d definitely return here next time!

Onze tafel at verder trio van vistartaar, pasta vongole, schaal en schelpdieren, pokebowl, zwarte inktvispasta. Ook de desserts leken door een pattisier gemaakt. This was by far the best place we ate during our stay in Alassio. And the staff was the most attentive. Because everything was so delicious and we were curious about the rest of the menu, we immediately made a reservation for the following evening. We shared sushi as a starter, which was exceptionally tasty. Our table also enjoyed a trio of fish tartare, pasta vongole, shellfish, poke bowl, and black squid ink pasta. Aggiornamento: ho provato tacos con baccalà fritto, davvero particolare... Mi é piaciuto molto! Uramaki con crumble di platano fritto e curry e quello con pasta ketaifi e tonno sono assolutamente da provare!
Update Aprile 2025: il prezzo dell'aperitivo è salito a 15€ per la versione con sushi (12€ per quella con fritturina, 20€ per quello con tartare); nonostante la qualità del cibo sia rimasta invariata, trovo che un aumento del 50% sia veramente ingiustificato.Traduzione
Let's start with the location: well, a beachfront venue, what more could you ask for? The decor and branding are consistent and high-end. The wait staff is attentive and helpful, all very friendly. Very good sushi, a decent selection of cocktails. The €10 aperitif is the icing on the cake. Update: I tried the tacos with fried cod, truly unique... I loved it! The uramaki with fried plantain crumble and curry, and the one with ketaifi pasta and tuna are absolutely worth a try! Update April 2025: The price of the aperitif has gone up to €15 for the sushi version (€12 for the fried version, €20 for the tartare version); while the quality of the food has remained unchanged, I find a 50% increase to be truly unjustified.

Siamo andati io e il mio ragazzo a cena in questo ristorante molto accogliente, il locale è molto carino e anche semplice. Personale gentilissimo e molto simpatici il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima qualità del pesce. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
